‘Speak Up, Speak Out’
At Brabyns we wholeheartedly promote pupil voice. We ensure a whole-school commitment to listening to the views of all children, whilst encouraging them to grow as confident individuals and effective contributors to society. This is done through many channels including:
- School Council
- Wellbeing Committee
- Eco-Schools Committee
- Playground Committee
- Digital Leaders
- Year 6 Captaincy Roles
Through our ’Buddy System’, we provide our older pupils with mentoring and leadership opportunities. It also allows our younger pupils to have extra support and attention from their fellow pupils, in addition to our caring staff.
